Sangchu Geotjeori (상추겉절이)
Soak the lettuce in ice-cold water for crispy kimchi. You can easily replace the Leaf lettuce with Romaine, Butterhead, or Batavia.
1 bunch of Leaf lettuce
¼ small onion
⅓ cup Komo’s Kimchi Paste
2 tsp. Seasoned rice vinegar
2 Tbs. Sesame Oil
1 tsp. sugar
Wash 1 bunch of Leaf lettuce and shake to remove excess water.
Cut the lettuce into bite-sized pieces and thinly slice ¼ a small onion.
Combine ⅓ cup Komo’s Kimchi Paste with 2 tsp. Seasoned rice vinegar, 1 tsp. sugar, and 2 Tbs. Sesame oil.
Add the sauce to the vegetables and gently mix by hand. Eat within one to two days.
