Tips

Soak the lettuce in ice-cold water for crispy kimchi. You can easily replace the Leaf lettuce with Romaine, Butterhead, or Batavia.

IngredientsĀ 

1 bunch of Leaf lettuce
Ā¼ small onion
ā…“Ā cup Komoā€™s Kimchi Paste
2 tsp. Seasoned rice vinegar
2 Tbs. Sesame OilĀ 
1 tsp. sugar

Steps

WashĀ 1 bunch of Leaf lettuceĀ and shake to remove excess water.

Cut the lettuce into bite-sized pieces and thinly sliceĀ Ā¼ a smallĀ onion.

CombineĀ ā…“Ā cupĀ Komoā€™s Kimchi PasteĀ withĀ 2 tsp. Seasoned riceĀ vinegar,Ā 1 tsp.Ā sugar, andĀ 2 Tbs. Sesame oil.Ā 

Add the sauce to the vegetables and gently mix by hand. Eat within one to two days.
